Payment Methods

All our prices are listed in USD. If you're outside the United States, please use a currency converter to determine the exact amount in your local currency.

At this time, we accept payments via credit cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to process subscription payments through PayPal.

Billing Cycles

For monthly subscribers, your first payment will be charged on the day your account is created. Subsequent charges will occur on the same day each month. To find your specific renewal date, please refer to your Billing page.

Annual subscribers will be billed on the day they initially create their accounts and again exactly 12 months later. As an example, if your account is created on May 10th, 2023 (Month 1), it will automatically renew on May 10th, 2024 (Month 12).

If you start a 7-day free trial, you will be billed only at the end of the trial.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We do not automatically cancel subscriptions. You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, simply click "Cancel Subscription" from within your Account Settings or contact support at [email protected] for further instructions.

Please note that payments for the next billing cycle will not be refunded. To avoid unwanted charges, ensure you cancel 24 hours before your renewal date.

Subscription Access

Your Travel Agent Collective subscription can be canceled whenever you choose. In brief, once your subscription is inactive, access to the Travel Agent Collective platform (including the photo gallery, caption library, drafts, action plans, story sets, bonuses, and your Dashboard) as well as the Private Facebook Community will be discontinued.

Upon cancellation, a monthly subscription will remain active for the month originally paid for, and an annual subscription will stay active for the 12-month period originally paid for. Access to the platform and Private Community will continue throughout the remaining subscription period, ending at the conclusion of that period.

For example, if your account was created on July 5th, 2023, and you cancel it at any time during that month, the subscription will automatically conclude at 11:59 pm on August 4th, 2023.

Please be aware that you need to cancel your account 24 hours prior to your renewal date to prevent the upcoming month's payment from being processed and billed.
