Create & Schedule Your First Post

Kick off your social media journey with Travel Agent Collective by creating and scheduling your first post in a few easy steps.

There are a few ways to create your first post. The easiest and quickest way is to use your calendar.

Step 1: Navigate to your calendar

  • In the sidebar, select "social media". You'll land on your content calendar

  • From here, find the day of the month, or pick any post you like.

  • Click "use" to open the post in your post builder

Step 2: Customize your post

In the post builder, you can customize your caption to add any details that are specific to your business and niche, switch the photo of the post, add hashtags and more.

  • Customize your caption by adding any additional details, fill in the blanks, etc.

  • Choose your visuals by uploading your own image or adding another image from the photo library on the platform.

  • Add your hashtags

  • Double-check your post.

Step 3: Schedule your post

  • Select a date and time: Using the calendar, select a date and time you want your post to be scheduled for.

  • Choose your social channels: Select the social media channels you want to schedule your post to.

  • Schedule: Click the schedule button to add your post to the calendar of scheduled posts.
