Want to quickly create and organize your posts by date and time? The calendar has everything you need, it’s your visual planner, displaying all your scheduled posts in a chronological layout. When you use the Calendar feature, you can create a brand new post or see all your scheduled posts in chronological order. Keep reading to learn all about using the Calendar!

Using the Calendar

To access the Calendar click on ‘My Posts’ in the sidebar. Here, you'll see your scheduled posts neatly laid out, giving you a clear view of your social media plan.

To create a post directly from the calendar, hover over the date you want to schedule a post and click the + button that appears. This takes you to the Post Builder and automatically assigns the date that you chose. Once done, you can return to the calendar to see your newly scheduled content.

NOTE: This will not automatically auto-publish your post to Social Media. If you want to auto-publish, you must ensure you select a Social Profile for your post to be posted to (learn more)

Editing Scheduled Posts

Need to edit a post you see on the calendar before it posts? Simply click on the post, and click Edit to restore it as a draft! You can also view a list of your drafts by clicking on Drafts at the top left side of the page. To view previously scheduled posts or future scheduled posts, use the back or forward arrows on the top right corner of your screen to scroll through prior or future months.
